The Website

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a target, and we improve the site against it as we update pages. We are not claiming full conformance. Making that claim without a completed audit would be dishonest, and we would rather tell you where we actually are.

Steps we have taken:

• Text alternatives on images that carry meaning
• Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA thresholds on body text and buttons
• Headings structured in order, so screen readers can navigate the page
• Forms with visible, associated labels
• Keyboard navigation across the site
• Text that resizes without breaking the layout

Accessibility is not a one-time project. If you find something on this site that does not work for you, telling us is the fastest way it gets fixed.

Our Service

We provide accessible customer service, and we adapt to what works for you.

• Service animals and support persons are welcome at every site visit and consultation.
• We will communicate the way that suits you. Phone, text, email, large-print documents, or a conversation with a family member or support person you nominate. Tell us your preference and we will use it.
• Estimates and warranty documents can be provided in large print or another accessible format on request, at no extra charge.
• Site visits can be arranged around mobility needs or scheduling constraints.
• Service disruptions are communicated by phone, text or email as soon as we know about them.
