We inspect removal needs and the route for people, equipment and material. The itemized estimate is held for two weeks and changes only if you change the scope or materials.

Concrete work is delivered through subcontractors under Antex project management. Your dedicated contact provides daily updates, protects planting where needed, removes waste and completes a final walkthrough before the balance is paid.

Your project manager measures the site by laser and reviews the layout, grade, access and removal needs. Within one to two business days, you receive an itemized estimate for materials and labour. It is valid for two weeks, and nothing is ordered until you approve it.
After approval, we coordinate the required materials and subcontracted concrete work under Antex project management. You receive an approximate installation date and a written timeline where one applies. If weather or availability changes that timing, we call you.
Planting and nearby surfaces are covered where needed, dust is kept down and waste is removed. Your project manager checks the finished work and walks it with you. The remaining 10% is paid after that final walkthrough, with care information provided at handover.
